Chief Morale Officer

Rip joined the team in 2022. With zero experience to bring to the table, he quickly adapted to the role of ‘morale booster’ and ‘walk buddy.’ He thoroughly enjoys interacting with the team as well as clients, and he works hard to ensure that Wayne goes on at least 4 walks every day.

When not in the office, Rip enjoys a good game of fetch, lots of walks, head pats, and belly scratches.
