Shelton and Associates have been made aware of the charges that have been filed against Ryan Conn, an officer in our company. The company, as well as Ryan, categorically deny the allegations and intend to vigorously defend against them through the appropriate legal processes.
At this time, it is important to emphasize that the charges represent accusations only. Ryan, like all individuals, is presumed innocent unless and until proven otherwise beyond all reasonable doubt in a court of law.
